He won the NHK Digital Stadium Yearly Grand Prix Award for his visual installation “Perspective of Globe-Jungle” in 2001. His installation traveled various exhibitions and art festivals in and outside Japan, including the Ars Electronica Festival. He creates works to be exhibited not only in museums but also in public spaces, including “Blinking Leaves” (2003), “Aerial Being” (2007), and “Zip-Fastener Ship” (2010).
